Job Profile-  Associate Recruiter 

Salary: The Salary would be 2.70 LPA( 2.30 LPA + 40 K Retention Bonus CTC +  Incentives based on Performance on monthly basis (Incentives are really lucrative).

Appraisal: The appraisal would be done after 12 Months of on boarding, basis of the performance. 

Location: Noida/Bangalore

Timing's: Timing would be Night Shift from 7:00 PM till 4:00 AM or 9:00 PM till 6:00 AM.

Eligible Streams: B.Tech (CS, IT, EC, EE, EEE,  Bio Tech), BSc. (IT, CS, Computers and Biotech), BBA, MBA, BCA, MCA, B Pharma, D Pharma, M Pharma, PGDBM, PGDCA.

 Please ensure the following things without failure:

·         As discussed your students would be granted only 3-5 days leaves for their Internal and external Viva/exams all put together.

·         PAN Number and Copy is Mandatory for all the selected students (In case of absence of the same the Joining would not be possible and would be deferred further).

· The management reserves the rights to cancel the offer in case of negative reference check.

·         Students with backlogs are not be eligible for this drive.

Please Note:

Salary & Service Level Agreement:

Selected students will join Artech as Trainee for a period of 3 months from their date of joining. They will be paid INR 10000 per month for the training period. Post they successfully qualify their training, candidates will be on boarded in the system and will be paid ~ INR 20,000 PM + incentives. Students are expected to serve the organization for a minimum period of 18 months from the Date of on boarding or else a penalty amount of INR 1 L (One Lakh) would be imposed to recover the tangible and intangible cost incurred on them.
