It’s our immense pleasure to announce that we are going to organize recruitment drive of Spice Jet to place any graduate/post graduate  candidate. The Campus Selection would be at GVMITM, Sonipat .You are cordially invited to join the campus placement drive .The details of the events of are as follows-.

 Eligibility Criteria-

 Degree:  Any graduate/any post graduate

Job Description

·         Answering customer queries using company’s standard guidelines

·         Processing reservation – (booking, cancelation and change) requests for Spice Jet Airline

·         Handling and resolving customer complaints on behalf of Spice Jet

·         Capturing customer information accurately for company’s database.

Skill Sets

·         Good Communication Skills – English and Hindi both

·         Must be flexible to work in 24 X 7 environments and open to rotational shifts

·         Basic knowledge of computers

·         Must be ready to commute vide Self Transportation

·         Ability to work under pressure

Training Duration: - 3 Months

Ticketing Certificate Directly From Spice Jet [Sun Group] & Alroz Aviation

Salary: - After Training , they will be put on Probation for a period of Six (06) months with a monthly pay of Rs. 10000/- ctc + Rs.2000 as Transport Allowance

• Additionally, during Probation Period, Free Airline Tickets for Self Domestic Travel in Spice Jet Airlines.
• During Probation period the employees shall be asked to work on shifts (depending on the shift roster) 

 Mandatory Documents:

 ·         One Xerox of all Mark sheets.

·         One copy of Resume and College ID

·         Photographs .(Two)
