Job
Title:
Systems Engineer
Compensation: 3 LPA
Roles
& Responsibilities:
· Systems
Engineer is responsible for handling first level support of service requests in
a timely manner.
· Supporting
technical issues, disaster recovery solutions, provide technical support at the
network level: WAN and LAN connectivity, routers, firewalls, security.
· Monitor
the remote monitoring and management of system alerts, notifications etc.
· Manage
system documentation maintenance, and communicate with customers as required.
· Additionally,
need to escalate service requests that require engineer level support, and
ensure fast turnaround of customer requests.
Required
Qualification:
·
B.E./B.Tech./BCA/MCA.
·
Good verbal and
written communication skills.
·
2018 & 2019
pass outs, no gaps in education, and no backlogs.
·
Feasibility with
Shifts: Rotational (Allowances as
applicable), and Cab facility will be available as per the shift need.
·
Location: Chandigarh
& Noida
·
1 year of IT
support or related experience is a plus.

of Interview:

Candidates will
undergo an initial eligibility check with iPRIMED & ArcSkills
·
Shortlisted
candidates will undergo a final round of interview with ITBD
·
Shortlisted
candidates will receive a conditional offer letter (Letter of Intent).
·
Shortlisted
candidates will have all the necessary documents available for documentation
check & Background Verification by ITBD.
·
Shortlisted
candidates will undergo training for 3months.
